Nuraya London offers free standard shipping to the destinations available at checkout.

Delivery estimate

Orders are normally delivered within 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather, or an incomplete address.

Order processing and tracking

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates can take up to 72 hours to appear.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Incorrect addresses and delivery issues

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. Contact us promptly if an address needs correcting. Once an order has been dispatched, changes may not be possible. If tracking shows a problem or your order has not arrived after the estimated window, contact our customer support team with your order number.

Split shipments

Items in the same order may arrive separately. You will receive tracking information for each shipment where available.
